DESCRIPTION:School’s Out Camp at Capital Gymnastics! \nFull day – 9:00am – 3:00pm $70/ day \nAges: 4-12yrs \nSchool’s out and camp is in! Learn gymnastics skills\, play exciting games\, and make new friends at our Co-Ed Gymnastics/Ninja Camps. Campers will participate in structured rotations on vault\, bars\, beam\, and floor\, as well as open gym\, crafts\, and group activities with our skilled staff. No experience is required to join the fun. \nWhat to Wear: Students may wear comfortable or athletic clothing\, or a leotard. Leotards are available for purchase in our gift shop. \nPlease note the following guidelines: \n\n\nTwo-piece outfits that expose the midriff are not permitted. \n\n\nClothing with buckles\, straps\, zippers\, or excess fabric (such as skirts or tutus) is not allowed. \n\n\nSocks and shoes are not permitted inside the gym. \n\n\nWhat to Bring:  \nFull day: Students should bring a snack\, lunch and a water bottle. Water fountains are also available for use.
