Events

Open Workouts are a supervised, unstructured time for students to explore the gym, practice skills, and have fun!  After a 15-minute group warm-up, student is free to move throughout the gym and focus on the areas and equipment they enjoy most ~ vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, and more!
