IGT is a next-step program for gymnasts to train and compete on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Each 6-month season includes 3 months of skill-building and 3 months of local meets.

Our Xcel team participates in 4 pre-determined competitions each season. Attendance at all scheduled meets is expected to support team consistency, preparation, and budgeting. If a gymnast is unable to attend, please note that competition fees are non-refundable.

Yes! We hold team evaluations each spring to determine readiness for our competitive Xcel program. If you’re interested mid-season, contact us—private evaluations may be available based on space and skill level.

Our competition season typically runs from January through April, with training and skill development continuing year-round.

We offer Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold, and higher-level teams. The Xcel program provides a fun, flexible path for gymnasts to compete while balancing school, family, and other activities.
