⭐ Star Chart Skill Focus

This focused clinic is designed to help gymnasts build confidence and consistency in their beam skills such as Pivot, Full & Half Turns, Beam Handstands, Side Handstand Dismounts, etc. Perfect for any level of developing gymnasts who are working toward mastering these core elements.

What we’ll work on:

• Beam technique (hand placement, body alignment and shaping, strong finish)

• Beam Turns & Beam Handstand drills and progressions (strength, timing, and correct body shape)

• Individualized coaching with skill-based stations

• Confidence-building through repetition and positive feedback

🌟 Star Chart Skill Clinic:
Gymnasts will have the opportunity to earn stars toward their skill chart as they demonstrate progress and mastery during the clinic.

This is a great chance for athletes to sharpen their skills in a fun, supportive environment while getting extra reps and focused attention from our coaches!
