Ninja classes challenge kids to move with power and precision. Using bars, walls, blocks, and mats, athletes train speed, balance, upper-body strength, and safe landings. Skills grow weekly—from vaults and climbs to transitions and flow drills. Perfect for kids who thrive on movement and challenge.
What you will learn?
- Climbing obstacles: Rope jungle, cargo net
- Swinging skills: Ring swing, vault
- Ground movements: Jumps, handstands
- Safety techniques: Safety rolls

15 min warm up and then 20 min on course and 20 min on ninja floor
Water bottle, any athletic clothing/leotard, we just asked that their midriff is not showing!
Some! But if you are specifically looking for tumbling skills, you might want to look into a tumbling class.
No experience necessary.
Not required but if your child prefers to wear them, they can.
1/2 ninja course and 1/2 ninja floor which is changed every 1-2 weeks depending on how the kiddos are interacting with it.
