This class blends structured gymnastics with creative movement to build coordination, focus, and self-belief. Students work on bars, beam, floor, and vault, learning foundational skills through repetition, games, and purposeful play that prepares them for more advanced training.
What skills you will learn?
- Run and jump from a springboard to a mat with control
- Perform pullovers and forward rolls on bars
- Walk confidently across a medium-height beam
- Practice cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, and bridges

Coaches use skill charts and will inform you when your child is ready for the next level. Parents are able to view these online for classe at the Junior level and up.
Not at all! We rotate events weekly and adjust to your child’s strengths and challenges.

Not at all! We welcome beginners of all ages. Our classes are designed to teach foundational skills in a safe and encouraging environment.
If your child has previous gymnastics experience, we recommend scheduling a free trial or skill evaluation so we can place them in the class that best fits their ability and confidence level.
Children should wear a leotard or athletic clothing (no zippers, buttons, or skirts), with hair tied back and bare feet. Please bring a water bottle, and avoid jewelry or accessories.
Our coaches track progress using skill charts and communicate directly with parents when a student is ready to advance. We celebrate progress and move children up when they are confident and consistent with the required skills.
