Our Ninja Warrior classes challenge kids to build strength, agility, and confidence through obstacle training. From Lil Ninja to Ninja, students jump, climb, swing, balance, and roll while learning flips, tricks, and safe landings. Each class builds coordination, control, and focus—fun and great for kids.
What They'll Learn

- Flips: Front flips, back flips, side flips
- Vaults: Kong vaults, safety vaults
- Foundational Skills: Forward roll, backward roll, handstands, safety rolls
- Obstacle Training: Rope jungle, ring swing, cargo net, jumps

About Our Ninja Programs
Each class includes a warm-up, ninja skill stations, obstacle challenges, and a cool-down or game. Coaches keep classes fun, structured, and high-energy.
Children should wear athletic clothes and bring a water bottle. Long hair should be tied back, and no jewelry is allowed.
Yes! While the focus is on fun and fitness, students will learn basic tumbling, strength, balance, and agility skills through structured drills and obstacle-based activities.
No experience needed! Our ninja classes are beginner-friendly and designed for all skill levels.
No shoes are required. Ninja and gymnastics classes are done barefoot to promote safety, grip, and proper technique on the equipment.
The class will take place on the ninja course, but students will also rotate through stations that build strength, coordination, and flexibility. They’ll also get time on the trampoline, floor, and tumble track to keep things fun and well-rounded.
