Recreational Gymnastics
Our gymnastics classes progress from foundational skills to advanced techniques across vault, bars, beam, and floor. Beginners build strength, coordination, and confidence through core movements. Intermediate gymnasts refine technique and begin linking skills, while advanced athletes take on challenging elements like back handsprings and high bar work—emphasizing precision, control, and mental focus.

Frequently Asked Questions About
Our Gymnastics Programs
You can track your child’s progress anytime through the Parent Portal by selecting the “Evaluations” section. We’re also happy to discuss their progress in person, review their STAR Skills, or connect you directly with their coach for more detailed updates.
Not at all! Our coaches are skilled at adapting instruction on each apparatus to match your child’s strengths and needs. They work to keep every class fun and engaging while helping students improve on all events at their own pace.
- Parent & Totand Preschool: 10-minute warm-up/stretch + 3 stations
- Junior classes: 10-minute warm-up/stretch + three 15-minute rotations
- Recreational classes: 15-minute warm-up/stretch + two 20-minute rotations
Each class is structured to balance movement, skill development, and fun.
No experience is required! We offer classes for beginners all the way to advanced gymnasts.
We recommend scheduling an evaluation so our coaches can assess your child’s skills and place them in the program that best fits their level.
Your child should wear athletic clothing or a leotard that covers the midriff. Please make sure long hair is pulled back. A water bottle is also recommended.
Coaches continually assess gymnasts each week. Once your child has mastered all required STAR Skills, we’ll update their evaluation and notify you via email. If we don’t hear back, we’ll follow up with a phone call to help with the next steps.
